Everything you need to know about custom commissions
Is there a consultation fee for bespoke designs?
Initial enquiries and our first 30-minute consultation are complimentary. If we proceed to detailed sketches and material sourcing, a non-refundable design deposit of $100 is required, which is then credited towards your final piece.
What is the typical deposit required?
Once the design is approved, a 50% deposit is required to begin the production phase. The remaining balance is due upon completion, prior to delivery or collection.
How far in advance should I order for a wedding?
We recommend starting the process at least 8–10 weeks before your wedding date. This allows ample time for design revisions, material sourcing, and any final fit adjustments.
Can you work with my own pearls?
Yes, our Heirloom Redesign service is specifically for this. We will assess the condition of your pearls to ensure they are stable enough for re-setting or re-stringing into a new design.
Do you offer shipping within New Zealand?
Absolutely. All bespoke pieces are shipped via tracked and insured courier across New Zealand. International delivery can also be arranged upon request.
