Where is the PearlfroStatelier studio located?
Our artisan atelier is located at Level 1, 85 The Terrace, Wellington Central, Wellington 6011. We also offer video and phone consultations throughout New Zealand. In-person visits are available by appointment only to ensure personal attention.
Are consultations required for all purchases?
Consultations are only required for bespoke commissions and bridal sets. Our core collections can be purchased directly through our website without a prior meeting.
What are your shipping options within New Zealand?
We offer complimentary insured courier shipping across New Zealand for all orders over $200. Standard shipping for smaller items is $10. All packages are tracked and require a signature upon delivery.
Do you offer international delivery?
Yes, we ship to Australia, North America, and Europe via DHL Express. International shipping rates and duties vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.
What is the production time for bespoke pieces?
Most bespoke creations take between 4 to 6 weeks from design approval to final delivery. This allows for the careful hand-selection of pearls and meticulous assembly.
Is a deposit required for custom jewellery?
Yes, a non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure your commission and begin the material sourcing process. The balance is due upon completion prior to delivery.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, bank transfers, and interest-free payment options through selected providers. All transactions are processed securely in NZD.
Can you repair jewellery not made by PearlfroStatelier?
We primarily focus on the maintenance and repair of our own creations. However, we do offer pearl restringing for heirloom pieces on a case-by-case basis.
What is your return policy?
Standard collection items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition. Bespoke and custom-sized pieces are final sale and cannot be returned.
What are the deadlines for bridal orders?
We recommend starting the bridal consultation process at least 3 months before your wedding date to ensure perfect fit and material availability.
